Terms of Service

A shared home for your travel plans. These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using Wanderr.

Version 1.0 · Effective September 21, 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of Wanderr from September 21, 2026. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Wanderr. Contact support@mkqr.io with questions.

Using Wanderr

Wanderr helps you organize trips, compare itineraries, save travel preferences, and share context with assistants you connect. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials and integration tokens secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Use the service lawfully. Do not access another person’s account without permission, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content. Only add information about other people when you have permission or another valid basis to do so.

Your content

You retain rights to the content you add. You permit the operator to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing you enable. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

You are responsible for checking that content you upload or share is accurate and that you have the right to use it. Keep separate copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Connected assistants

A connected assistant can act within the permissions of its connection. Scoped connections are limited to selected trips and capabilities; legacy full-account connections have broader access. Review permissions before connecting any service and revoke tokens you no longer need.

In scoped connections, assistant-proposed itinerary options and preference suggestions require your review. A proposal does not book travel or choose your plan. Third-party assistants and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Revoking access stops future authorized requests but cannot recall information already delivered.

Travel information

Itineraries, route information, visa guidance, and AI suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify entry requirements with the relevant authorities and confirm schedules, prices, availability, and bookings directly with providers before relying on them.

Wanderr’s planning features do not issue tickets, reserve accommodation, guarantee entry to a country, or provide immigration advice. You remain responsible for your travel decisions and arrangements.

Sharing and privacy

Public trip links allow anyone who has the link to view the shared content. Share only what you intend others to see. Disabling a link does not remove copies someone has already saved.

The Privacy Policy describes the information processed by Wanderr, connected services, and the controls available to you. Archiving a preference retains its revision history and is not permanent deletion.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or development. The operator may restrict access to address misuse or security threats. We will communicate material changes to these terms before they take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security issue.

Ending use

You can stop using Wanderr and revoke integration tokens at any time. Account deletion and data requests should be directed to the operator at support@mkqr.io. Removing access does not automatically erase audit records, backups, or copies held by connected services.

Legal rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it; this does not restrict your right to seek a remedy through the courts or authorities available under applicable law.
